How to Use Shilajit

Start with a portion about the size of a grain of rice (approximately 300–500 mg). After the first day, you may increase your intake to the same portion up to three times daily, depending on your needs.

Dissolve the resin in hot water, warm milk, or tea, it typically takes 2 to 4 minutes. You may also blend it with raw honey for added benefits.

For best results, enjoy Shilajit on an empty stomach each morning and before meals if desired. It dissolves easily in warm liquids, but never mix it with chlorinated water.
